Everything is made to order in the sequence the order is received. Crafting time varies up to 8 weeks. Item will be shipped within 24 hours of completion. 

SHIPPING:
We ship via USPS at standard tracked parcel unless otherwise requested. 

EXCHANGES
All sales are final. However, we will consider an exchange if there is a crafting error that prevents the proper function or use, we will inspect and determine case by case. Shipping fees will be at customers expense.
