By placing an order with Rugged Handcrafted Leather Goods, you agree to the following terms:

Made to Order All products are handcrafted to order in Commerce, TX. Each item is made individually by hand, so slight variations in texture, color, and finish are natural characteristics of full and top grain leather — not defects.

Crafting Time Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received. Crafting time may vary up to 8 weeks. You will be notified when your order ships.

All Sales Are Final We do not accept returns. Exchanges are considered only in cases of crafting errors that affect the function or use of the item, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellations A restock fee applies to any cancelled order, regardless of when the cancellation is requested.
