All of our products are handcrafted to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Exchanges We will consider an exchange only in the event of a crafting error that prevents the proper function or use of the item. Each case will be inspected and determined individually. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellations If you cancel an order at any time, a restock fee will apply.
